Tracking says "Delivered" but package not received!Updated 5 months ago

If you can't find your delivery, don't worry! PosheEra is here to help. 

Let's get started. It sure helps to know what you're looking for! 
Our kits come in a long box. It measures 16in x 8in x 4in.  
For your privacy, they come in only a plain, brown, unlabelled box. 

First, have a look around your mailbox or front door area. Sometimes the delivery service leaves a notice or even places the package somewhere less obvious! Some couriers are known to protect you by hiding the package in some brush or under patio furniture. 

Check your tracking link for any notes from the courier. Sometimes they have further steps for you to complete, or need more info. If you don't have access to your tracking link, you can find it on PosheEra.com under My Account > Orders. 

If have a Community Mailbox, please do check this area as well. You might be expecting it at your door, but it could be left there instead.

Next, have a peek at neighbors' doors. It's possible that the courier accidentally delivered it to the wrong address.

Lastly, give it an hour or two. Some couriers will mark packages as delivered while they are still out for delivery.
